Baltimore City Recreation and Parks (BCRP) is the City’s leading provider of affordable, year-round leisure and recreational activities for citizens of all ages and abilities. Our parks, trails and waterways provide the perfect urban oasis. We want to continue providing quality and accessible services and more, but we cannot do it without you! 

We want to provide safe, affordable, accessible and equitable spaces and programming for all of Baltimore’s residents. Recreation 2025 (also known as “Rec 2025”) is the BCRP’s five-year strategic plan to sustain, reinvigorate, and expand Baltimore’s parks and recreation resources. Rec 2025 is our call to action and we need your input to make this vision of Baltimore a reality.
